1-Year Outcomes of Drug-Coated Balloon Angioplasty Versus Drug-Eluting Stent for Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Lesions

This study aimed to compare the 1-year clinical outcomes of drug-coated balloon (DCB) angioplasty versus drug-eluting stent (DES) strategies in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for bypass graft lesions. The findings revealed no significant differences in major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) between the two approaches, suggesting that DCB may be a viable alternative to DES in this patient population.
