Intraperitoneal OK-432 infusion for postoperative lymphatic leakage in gynecologic tumors

This study investigates the efficacy and safety of intraperitoneal OK-432 infusion as a treatment for postoperative lymphatic leakage in patients who have undergone radical surgery for gynecologic tumors. The results indicate that this treatment significantly reduces drainage volume and time to drainage tube removal, with no observed complications or tumor recurrences, suggesting it may be a viable alternative to existing management strategies for this complication.
