Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab in Cisplatin-Eligible Bladder Cancer

This study investigates the efficacy and safety of perioperative enfortumab vedotin combined with pembrolizumab compared to standard neoadjuvant cisplatin-gemcitabine chemotherapy in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer eligible for cisplatin-based treatment. The results indicate that the enfortumab vedotin-pembrolizumab regimen significantly improves event-free survival, overall survival, and rates of pathological complete response, although it is associated with a higher incidence of severe adverse events.
