Ensartinib in Resected <em>ALK</em>-Positive Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

This study investigates the safety and efficacy of ensartinib, a second-generation ALK inhibitor, in patients with completely resected ALK-positive non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) following adjuvant chemotherapy. The results demonstrate that ensartinib significantly improves disease-free survival at 24 months compared to placebo, with 86.4% of patients in the ensartinib group remaining disease-free versus 53.5% in the placebo group. The findings suggest that ensartinib may be a promising treatment option for this patient population.
