The authors aimed to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of the combination treatment of avutometinib and defactinib in patients with recurrent low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC) following platinum chemotherapy. After a median follow-up of 24.9 months, the study found that this combination therapy demonstrated durable efficacy, with a median duration of response of 31.1 months and a median progression-free survival of 12.9 months, while safety profiles remained consistent with previous findings. Notably, no new safety signals were identified, and treatment-related adverse events were manageable.
