Navigating the Obstacle: Hysteroscopic Management of Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy Behind a Giant Previa Isthmic Myoma

The authors aim to demonstrate a minimally invasive two-step surgical strategy for managing a complex first-trimester voluntary termination of pregnancy obstructed by a large previa isthmic myoma. They present a combined approach of Uterine Artery Embolization followed by hysteroscopic resection, which proved to be safe and effective, minimizing complications and preserving fertility. The results indicate that this method successfully addressed the obstruction while allowing for complete restoration of the endometrial cavity.
