Daraxonrasib for Previously Treated <em>RAS</em>-Mutant Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

The authors aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of daraxonrasib, a multiselective inhibitor targeting RAS mutations, in patients with previously treated RAS-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In a phase 1-2 study involving 136 patients, they found that 54% experienced grade 3 or higher adverse events, while over 30% showed objective antitumor responses at doses of 300 mg or less. These findings suggest that daraxonrasib has potential therapeutic activity, albeit with significant safety concerns.
