Cross-Platform Comparison of Hugo RAS and da Vinci Xi in Benign Robotic Hysterectomy: Differences in Cost Structure and Operative Time

The study aimed to compare the perioperative outcomes and cost structures of the Hugo RAS and da Vinci Xi robotic systems for benign simple hysterectomy. The findings revealed that while Hugo RAS resulted in lower total surgical costs primarily due to reduced material expenses, it was associated with longer operative and console times compared to da Vinci Xi. No significant differences were noted in labor, drug, or overhead costs, and both systems had no recorded 30-day complications.
