Autonomic Symptom Burden and Urinary Incontinence Severity in Women with Type 2 Diabetes: A Cross-Sectional Study

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between autonomic symptom burden and the severity of urinary incontinence in women with type 2 diabetes. The findings revealed that autonomic dysfunction was significantly associated with urinary incontinence severity, with prevalence increasing markedly from minimal to very severe incontinence. The results suggest that managing autonomic symptoms may be important for addressing urinary incontinence in this population.
