Parasitized Leiomyoma Necessitating Segmental Bowel Resection and Laparotomy Conversion: A Challenging Minimally Invasive Case

The authors present a case of a 37-year-old woman who required conversion from robotic-assisted myomectomy to laparotomy due to extensive parasitization of a leiomyoma by the bowel, which complicated the surgical procedure.
