Advanced Hemodynamic Monitoring During Post-Resuscitation Care After Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest: A Scoping Review

The authors aimed to map the available evidence on advanced hemodynamic monitoring practices during early post-resuscitation care after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). They found that while cardiac output and mean arterial pressure were the most commonly monitored variables, the associations between these metrics and clinical outcomes were inconsistent, highlighting the need for future studies to explore integrated approaches and individualized hemodynamic targets.
