Influencing factors for early miscarriage after frozen-thawed euploid blastocyst transfer in patients with intramural uterine fibroids

The authors aimed to identify prognostic factors associated with early miscarriage in infertile women with intramural uterine fibroids undergoing frozen-thawed single euploid blastocyst transfer. They found that a larger maximum diameter of the fibroid and poorer inner cell mass quality of the blastocysts were significantly associated with increased rates of early miscarriage. This study highlights the importance of fibroid characteristics and embryo quality in predicting pregnancy outcomes in this patient population.
