Autologous platelet-rich plasma on endometrial growth and reproductive outcomes in women with thin endometrium: a multicentre cohort study

The authors aimed to evaluate the impact of intrauterine autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) instillation on endometrial thickness and reproductive outcomes in women with thin endometrium undergoing embryo transfer. The study found that PRP treatment significantly increased endometrial thickness, but did not lead to improvements in biochemical, clinical, ongoing pregnancy, or live birth rates, suggesting that factors related to the embryo may be more critical for treatment success than endometrial thickness alone.
