The value of microvascular flow imaging and color Doppler flow imaging in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions

The authors aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of microvascular flow (MV-Flow) imaging and its quantitative parameter, the vascular index (VI^MV), in differentiating between benign and malignant endometrial lesions compared to color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). The study found that MV-Flow provided superior blood flow detection rates and clearer visualization of microvessels, with VI^MV demonstrating high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, thus highlighting its potential as a valuable tool in the differential diagnosis of endometrial lesions.
