SP Robot-assisted vNOTES for a right ovarian cystectomy

The authors aim to demonstrate the feasibility and technique of performing a right ovarian cystectomy using the da Vinci SP robotic platform through robot-assisted vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES). They present a single patient case report that illustrates the surgical steps, including adhesiolysis and cyst isolation, highlighting the advantages of the robotic system. The findings suggest that robot-assisted vNOTES is a viable approach for ovarian cystectomy.
