Comparison of Clinical Outcomes Between Liposuction Combined with the Pull-Through Technique Versus Arthroscopic Shaver Excision for Gynecomastia

This study aims to compare the clinical outcomes of two surgical techniques for treating gynecomastia: liposuction combined with the pull-through technique and arthroscopic shaver excision. The authors found that the pull-through technique resulted in fewer postoperative complications, such as hematoma and ecchymosis, compared to the arthroscopic shaver method, which had higher complication rates. Overall, the findings suggest that the pull-through technique with liposuction may offer superior results with minimal complications for gynecomastia treatment.
