Tambotatug Pelitecan in Small-Cell Lung Cancer after Platinum-Based Therapy

This phase 3 trial investigates the efficacy of tambotatug pelitecan (Tam-Peli), an antibody-drug conjugate targeting B7-H3, in patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer following platinum-based therapy, comparing it to topotecan. The results indicate that tambotatug pelitecan significantly improves overall survival and progression-free survival, with a higher objective response rate and fewer severe adverse events compared to topotecan. These findings suggest that tambotatug pelitecan may be a more effective treatment option for this patient population.
