Performance of the iBox Prognostication System in African American Kidney Transplant Recipients

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the iBox prognostication system in predicting long-term graft loss specifically in African American kidney transplant recipients, a population not fully studied before. The findings indicated that the iBox demonstrated similar predictive accuracy for graft loss in both African American and non-African American recipients, suggesting its robustness and clinical utility across racial groups.
