Their study found that while adjuvant EGFR-TKIs significantly improved disease-free and recurrence-free survival, there was no notable difference in overall survival, particularly in patients with smaller tumors or those without high-risk factors, suggesting that EGFR-TKIs may be unnecessary for certain subgroups.
