Ventricular Arrhythmias After Self-Expanding Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement: A Report From the SERVE Registry

This study aimed to determine the incidence and risk factors for ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) within the first six months following self-expanding transcatheter pulmonary valve (SETPV) implantation. Analyzing data from the SERVE registry, the authors found that VAs were common during the procedural admission, with a higher occurrence in patients receiving the Alterra valve compared to the Harmony valve. By six months post-implantation, the VA burden decreased below baseline levels for Harmony patients, while it returned to baseline for Alterra patients.
