Patient Satisfaction With a Novel Postcoital Intravaginal Fluid-Absorbing Device

The authors aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and user satisfaction of a novel postcoital intravaginal fluid-absorbing device in managing common postcoital symptoms such as discharge and odor. The study found significant improvements in patient-reported outcomes, with high acceptability and favorable usability ratings, as well as a reduction in vaginal pH after device use. These results suggest that the device may be a beneficial nonpharmacologic option for addressing postcoital gynecologic symptoms.
