Listen to this summary

The authors aim to investigate the prevalence of coronary microvascular dysfunction in patients with suspected Myocardial Infarction with No Obstructive Coronary Arteries (MINOCA) and to evaluate the efficacy of eplerenone as a treatment for those identified with this dysfunction. This multicenter, registry-based study will assess coronary microvascular function and randomize patients to receive either eplerenone or standard care, with the goal of providing new insights into targeted therapy for this patient population.
