"A Machine's Not Gonna Stop It": Perceptions of School Vape Detectors among High School Students and Staff in Northwestern Ontario, Canada

This study explores the perceptions of high school students and staff regarding the use of vape detectors in schools in northwestern Ontario, Canada, aiming to understand their perceived benefits and challenges. While participants acknowledged potential advantages such as identifying students who vape and discouraging the behavior, they also highlighted challenges like students finding ways to evade detection.
