The study aimed to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of the transobturator mid-urethral sling (TVT-O) for treating stress urinary incontinence in Chinese women over a 10-year follow-up period. Results indicated that the objective and subjective cure rates were 75.2% and 73.6%, respectively, with significant improvements in quality of life and minimal complications reported.
