Femtosecond-Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery Combined With PanOptix Multifocal Lens Implantation in a Patient With a History of Keratopigmentation: A Case Report and Review of Mid-term Outcomes

This case report evaluates the outcomes of femtosecond-laser-assisted cataract surgery combined with the implantation of a PanOptix multifocal intraocular lens in a patient with a history of keratopigmentation. The authors aim to determine the effectiveness and patient satisfaction of this combined approach, finding that the patient achieved excellent visual acuity and reported high satisfaction with the cosmetic and functional results, with no complications observed.
