Cystic Panfolliculoma of the Eyelid

The authors aim to document a rare case of cystic panfolliculoma of the eyelid, presenting the second known instance of this condition. They detail the clinical presentation, histological features, and immunohistochemical characteristics of the lesion, emphasizing its benign nature and the absence of recurrence following surgical excision. This case contributes to the understanding of panfolliculomas, which are typically found on the scalp and face, and highlights their occurrence in older patients.
